Now after 2 Congressmen agreed to switch their vote on Health Care from no to yes. There are some who say he was saving the water as a bargaining chip in the future. The farmers have already lost their crop because a fish was more important than people eating. Now Passing a bill that the President wants but not the American People is more important that the fish.
