They were having a little costume party, Peter Griffin was dressed as laura bush and Lois Griffin was dressed as "that guy she killed." The rest of the conversation?

Peter - Yes, laura bush killed a man...
and then they jump into another random conversation.
I was watching this with my roommates and that got us all thinking, why would they say something like that? Hm, I wonder if it's true, I think I'll wikipedia that stuff tomorrow....and sure enough she DID kill a man!
A very unfortunate accident of course, she was involved in a car accident, she ran a stop sign, ran into another car and the driver of the other car died. His name was Michael Douglas, and NO not the actor.

How do you think this affected her? You certainly wouldn't assume she experienced this type of event.

I think Hillary made a better First Lady due to her willingness to save her marriage regardless of that the tabloids and headlines were saying. Bill Clinton was a dog, she knew he was a dog, but yet chose to stay. I am not sure if that is a sign of strength or weakness, but it is sure impressive. | |

| | Is it just me... | | Or does Umbridge look like Laura Bush?Don't get me wrong, I actually like Laura Bush a lot better than her husband and many of the people he works with. Still, there are parallels in my opinion to the way that the Ministry of Magic seek to obliterate dissenting views and the way that the US Administration uses the Patriot Act to brand those with a different opinion as unpatriotic.
I truly don't believe in getting overly political on myLot or anywhere else for that matter. I was just struck by a resemblance and thought I would share.
